Leadership is always willing to try new things. Lots of respect for/trust in their workers. Great internal advancement opportunities. New, modern office- lots of little treats (parties, Keurig machine, etc.). Gym facilities.
Svantaggi
Company runs pretty lean, which means you can get busy/overwhelmed. Pay could be more competitive. 401k is just average (I'd expect a financial services company to offer a better match).
