Agency must need to hire professional HR. On the name of building culture they're building toxicity and frequently changing their policies. They said NO to politics, but internally politics is going so high. For each and every points, they're having points to prove a person wrong. Specially for SEO, I don't prefer anyone to go there. They'll support you only when they need, suddenly they'll stop supporting you when you ask any question to the management. When it's employee's turn, they raise their hand. When I've resigned the agency, they even didn't allowed to serve 30 days of notice period, the reason given that, when company needs you, only in that case you need to serve notice period. And given me additional 3 days of salary only without notice period. They questioned my behavior after 8 months, previously everything going so well. So Excited.! They'll have excuse for each of your points, they're not wrong any time. Even they listen to the old employees only.
