- The company has an ultra-traditional culture, which means you are required to be in the office every day. Leadership places a strong emphasis on in-person presence. - While the office culture is traditional, and you need to be in the office in person..... it’s worth noting that the team is generally very cool, supportive and pleasant to hang around with. - They do offer free food in the office, which is a nice perk!
