      The people were lovely to work with, they were genuinely passionate about ending famine by means of crop breeding and engineering. Good career path.

      Some questionable practices which do not follow charity commission regulations. Methods of dismissal haven't been used like this since the 70s. Adopting tactics to prevent people from reporting the way employees are dismissed without going through the expected stages industry adheres to.

      At least the working culture is non-existent, so you can get away with doing absolutely nothing if you wish.

      Basically no career progression. Colleagues not particularly friendly, need to always be watching your back. Lazy work culture.
