Amazing vacation time, great people on the floor and up to leads and some crew chiefs. Apparently you dont even need to do your job or have any experience because all management is worried about is sucking up to their boss

Upper management and people who make company wide decisions or talk to customers are probably all related. If you know someone regardless of experience you will go far. There is such a disconnect from upper management because they have no aircraft experience and are telling the customers timelines based on nothing. They look down on anyone on the floor. Time for yearly raises and somehow they needed to layoff probably 100 people. The salaries are public information and it’s gross how much these incompetent people make.
