The GLT (Goshen Leadership Team) lack education, leadership, and any sense of morality. Anyone knows that if you want to be a great leader one must communicate, listen, and gain loyalty with followers by leading by example. Goshen's HR is a joke, it creates chaos and disruption wherever HR goes. Forgeting to send info to temp service agencies so associates can be paid. Agencies actually call associates to see if they still work at Nibco Goshen facility. Nibco Goshen cannot keep cell techs, maintenance or electricians because of this type of behavior, it makes associates feel like their jobs are in jeopardy, so, they go somewhere better. Goshen Nibco Associates do not feel valued or secure at Nibco. They should ask their past and present Skilled temps, why they left or if they plan on staying. Generally it will be because of leadership and HR incompetence as reasons.
