Quality product, great customer support and strong sales team.

Sales structure is not built to reward on success. Needs to be commission off of new business growth rather than a percentage of base salary if hitting goals. After hitting 300% of targets only had base raised 5%.. NIBCO needs to reward and inspire growth which is the complete opposite when I was with the team.

I met a few great people there and got a pay check for a while.

Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
