First of all, when this site questions whether you approve of the "CEO" or not, that question is misleading. The CEO of this company no longer holds ANY power or makes any decisions, so yes most people approve of him. The real power of this company is held by, the "CPO" (yes, she made up her own title...Chief People Officer). If you asked for the approval rating of this position it would be 0% She rules by fear. She will fire at will for no reason. There are cameras everywhere and all exit doors have to be badged in and out for time tracking down to the minute. Only one person in the HR department has been there longer than six months. 6 HR associates have quit without notice in last six months because of the CPO. Good, long term employees are leaving left and right.....customer service manager, top product managers, top IS people, salesmen, etc. Don't worry there is a long line of new people wanting to hire in based on the false promises made during the excessive interview process. The CPO even controls what is in the vending machines. No regular soda is allowed. As an adult, you are not even allowed to choose your own beverage. T

Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
