Upper management full of themselves. Big ego and would throw anyone "under the bus" to get ahead. NIBCO strives to make themselves look good to the public and community, but INSIDE it is a snake pit. HR very devious but continues to excel within the company. Big company that intimidates employees. Have witnessed management and HR break the law (i.e. alter forms). Take an employees signature from one form and paste it on a another, make a copy to try it make look like an employee signed it. Good an honest employees need to get out while they can or take drastic steps to protect themselves. Take video or record management in meetings. Then be prepared to back it up. I agree to some of these posts that you will be put on a "list". Chances are if you do not go along as a "yes" man or go along with managements games, then you are already on a "list". Best advice, don't waste your life and hard work to this company, they will strip it away from you and prosper off YOUR blood and YOUR sweat. A company like this will only prosper if people sit back and say nothing. One more thing...I agree that the CPO is a big problem, but someone along the line let it happen.

Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
