While this company is family owned, you will see lots of micromanage and office politics, and yes that can be expected everywhere, but in this company the only reason to be careful is because of what kind of family is this company owned from. The Martins, they were a very respectful family in the company, but since Mrs Martin is in charge of the HR department and everything else, those days are gone. I have known different customers that buy from them and they are aware of what's really happening in the WHQ grounds. Please be smart, read all reviews and decide. These are reviews written by former employees and anonymous current ones. What's going on in this company is a little dictatorship run by the CPO - Chief People Officer. New employees have to mandatory watch a video on ethics. You will see her just talking about her experience and the feedback is that she's talking a little high.
