      The sales team from Director level to regional is strong and is keeping NIBCO afloat. Not surprisingly these employees were brought in during the Lee & Rex Martin leadership and prior to the Chief People Officer's reign of terror.

      Emotions aside the company itself is in serious trouble. The Chief People Officer (fake job) is controlling the company and has no experience that is credible to her position. If you are considering a position at NIBCO please make sure the salary amount is enough to keep you happy, because the work environment will make you miserable. This website is actually blocked from viewing while on the company internet because of all the terrible & accurate reviews employees have given.

      I met a few great people there and got a pay check for a while.

      Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
