What I have seen working at Nike is that oftentimes only you limit your potential for growth. At Nike you have the opportunity to flex, grow, and move around. In fact, its encouraged. The more you know about Nike's business the greater the likelihood that you will make better decisions in your given role.

Not all individuals are open and authentic.....yet. Nike is always on the move and not everyone embraces change easily. Some unfortunately fight hard not to change resulting in political plays and hallway conversations.
