-30 %discount in Jackson outlet, nj 40% off from online as well as other Nike stores -1 hr lunch break -fun coworkers -not much of a difference switching from part time to full time unless you would like to rank your way up to coach/head-coach/ specialist etc. -for life discount after 5 years employment -discount at converse

-minimum pay of 15/ 15.50 per hr -benefits for health and medical are not worth it and will take your paycheck -terrible management as they come and go within the past two years- over 4 different managers fired -unreliable management -managers schedule on your off days and won't communicate with employees what is best for them or be clear with their intentions -managers talk bad about employees as well as other managers -managers have breached Nike policy rules by reselling and profiting from discounts -biweekly

Nike in general was a great company to work for. Great work life balance, great teammates, solid pay. Employee discount was awesome perk.

Employee discounts are excellent and make it easy to enjoy the products you sell. The work environment is fast-paced, especially during launches and holiday seasons, which keeps the job engaging. I also appreciated working alongside passionate teammates who genuinely cared about customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
