-Awesome discount of 40% in store and online. Also get discounts to Hurley, Converse, and Cole Haan. -Starting pay is decent, better than anywhere else I have worked. -Management is very understanding and flexible with time off and/or schedule changes if given enough notice. -The management really makes an effort to create a fun, upbeat atmosphere, which makes you actually WANT to come to work. -Good communication between management and employees. -Awesome staff who really care about their job and the brand.

Svantaggi

-Not much room for raises, I think they only give them once a year? -They give "bonus checks" at the end of each quarter, but if you are a part-time employee, they are less than $100 usually (depending on how many hours you worked and how the store did in sales). -You have to reapply is you want to be considered for a full-time position.
