      you have like a 10 managers but you get like orders to do tasks from employees who are in your level who would like to be managers and then every manager give you a different task and they ask you why you dont follow so i feel like no one is working but outsourcing

      When i started at NIO 3yrs ago, My first few months i wanted to leave! only because i was not use to reporting to an individual that i had more experience and knowledge than for my position, Shortly after this person was let go, i was able to run my department the way it should be ran. Other than that, NIO is a great place, with great minds. NIO is a great place to work! Our cars are fabulous!!
