The hours are flexible, and regular meetings keep the pace fast but ensure the highest quality outputs for the team. Not to mention fostering positive feelings of community that extends to our users. I think there are so many fantastic ideas, directions, roles, and goals within NIRx, yet we need more human-power to achieve them to the fullest.
