The job is fully on-site with almost no flexibility. Working from home is only allowed in emergency situations. There is high employee turnover and several layoffs. In a short period, multiple people were let go for vague reasons such as "poor performance" or "lack of proactivity," often without clear evidence or proper feedback. The contract terms can be misleading. After accepting the offer and coming in to sign the contract, employees discover that the company only needs to give 2 weeks' notice to terminate employment, while employees must give 2 months' notice to resign. To make matters worse, the company later introduced an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and an NCA (Non-Compete Agreement) and required employees to sign them months after joining, with termination as the alternative. I would not recommend working here.
