Work culture is really great

No great office perks or benfits

Noblr has an innovative product and experienced, invested leadership. It's a startup with a genuine spine and some palpable humanity. This company cares more about its people than most. These things are all rare around SF. Noblr's staff is largely diverse, experienced, motivated, and optimistic. There's not a bunch of inauthentic cheerleader rallying going on, either -- just people trying to do a good job. Compensation is competitive even for San Francisco. Some of the more superficial Bay Area perks are limited, but the ones we do have (lunch three days per week) are appreciated and the true benefits (medical/dental/etc.) are very solid.

A number of key processes are still being implemented as the company grows. Priorities are fairly clear, but achieving full alignment between teams can take time . Friction occasionally arises amid standard startup confusion, but it's usually minimal and short-lived as teams work together to seek solutions. The office is a little bit further from BART than I'm used to, but it's an easy walk through one of the nicer parts of town.
