The pay is not bad for an entry level lab tech position. Coworkers are easy to get along with as well. Lots to learn and put on your resume. My one star is only for the coworkers that made this place bearable.

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional lab/workplace that I have ever worked at. Decisions that upper management made or didn’t make at specific points in time made me question their ability to properly think. How was nobody hired when more lab techs were needed? But when it was too late too many were hired? I questioned the validity of this lab everyday and would not have been surprised if they were shut down. Pay increases, shift differentials and hours worked were not fixed at times. I wish I had done more research on the place before accepting the position. It is embarrassing to say I worked here.
