Employees are treated with respect and the manager is always sure to get around to addressing everyone's needs even during busy days - The company occasionally holds events for the employees that are always really fun and make you feel that the company appreciates the effort that employees put into their jobs

- The manager's schedule is kind of unpredictable and there are sometimes periods of downtime where you can't progress on your current assignment because of that unavailability
