Awesome training program for the sales team. Initial 3 day course at HQ, plus weekly training and additional 1:1 training with the Director.

Metrics can be a bit subjective which can lead to discrepancies in what would be viewed as "activity". BDRs can be overworked if they don't set up boundaries.

Commute can be a pain but they recently allowed corporate employees a hybrid schedule which was a cultural game changer.
