The longer j worked there the more I was convinced that leadership was not in it to win but continue the fight. Look at old 990 forms to see what leaders positions pay and you'll be blown away. You notice that in WLP inner circle during their last year will realize a 50% pay raise because their defined pensions are based on last few years salaries. The relationship between NRA and their PR firm is scrupulous at best. AM really runs the show. Corporate cronyism at its best. And so many talented employees like field reps and program managers receive low pay and are treated badly but they stay because they believe in the mission so much.
