Poor values and zero professional ethics - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso NRF

Management is one the worst I've had seen. They don't care about what happens inside the team and the issues ,how they treat the employees. There are a huge difference between the benefits that some managers give to some employees just because the friendship. Hard workers don't get any compensation or value. If you speak what's wrong or your opinion, you probably will get fired. They don't do legal contracts as well. Managers stick their nose in the private life of employees and HR doesn't care at all. All those words in the wall, empower, delivery, cooperate, are just pure decoration as this company doesn't treat the employees with dignity and respect. Equality is not a word they have in their dictionary.
