      Senior leadership (global level) often seem disconnected from local challenges and opportunities. IT investment focussed on data security and less on innovation for customer facing services. What’s there is good, but becoming dated in the marketplace.

      Work life balance, they killed the culture and the senior leadership changes with the wind. Lack of communication across divisions. Strong preference for inclusion for onsite team; remote are left out frequently, intentionally.
