When I first started at NSTR I was impressed with the company culture as it was my first really professional job, and did enjoy my first few months there, in all honesty. Until I progressed further and I started to notice a few things about the business:One being the fact one of the directors were rarely present and with me being relitavely new and in need of training this was an issue, another being the way said director would speak about other people including colleauges, for example speaking about staff members mothers in a disgusting way, then another time took note of the young apprentices wrappers on thier desk and proceeded to tell the whole office what they have had eaten. Another issue with this company is the non existent flexible working opportunities, the directors had a rule where you could only work from home if you had children, which is obsurd as just because you don’t have children doesn’t mean you’re not entitled to flexibility. Also the hours would be rediculous for a recruitment agency, starting at 7:30am is simply not needed. In conclusion, working at this company was one of the most miserable experiences of my life wether it was the constant nevativity and toxicity or the horrific ventilation system in the office making people unwell constantly. I would not recommend working at this company to my worst enemy.
