A company that looks decent from the outside but slowly drains you from the inside. The company suffers from extremely poor management and unclear direction. Decisions are made without transparency, and feedback from employees is often ignored or dismissed. Instead of nurturing growth, the environment is filled with blame, politics, and fear. Instead of leading, they micromanage and manipulate. They talk about “teamwork” and “innovation,” but what actually happens is favoritism, politics, and blame-shifting. The work culture is toxic. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and constantly stressed. There’s no appreciation, no fair pay, and definitely no career path. People don’t leave because they’re weak but they leave because staying any longer would destroy their mental health. If you’re looking for a healthy, supportive workplace where your voice is valued and your career can grow, this is not the place. The high turnover isn’t a coincidence; it’s a warning sign.
