With the new merge/consolidating all subsidiary companies, the culture is not like how it used to me. Bonus is smaller, promotion is harder. No matter how hard you work, doesnt equate to promotion. Holidays are lower. With the motto where client always comes first, you would most of the time find yourself working overtime and you will not be compensated fairly. Alot of pressure from the client if you have bad manager that does not protect you.
