Poor compensation. After resigning i received a request to reimburse NTT for over payment. The formula used by HR was annual salary divided by 261 working days rather than 260, what they claim they should have used. However, my letter of offer stated my salary would be calculated differently. my annual salary divided by 26 weeks to account for the 26 pay periods through out the year. When i tallied my paychecks for the year they totaled the agreed upon salary. Is NTT trying to bilk their former employees out of extra cash?
