the talent flees very quickly.

There is minimal talent at the EXCO level. The CMO was fourth in line for the job when hired and it shows. The dysfunction is compounded by ineffective and professionally inept HR, Finance and very little experience outside of the vacuum of ZA and Australia both not the epic centers of innovation and talent. The unethical and bear face lying are unprecedented. Only a matter of time before a class action suit. Never consider working here there is not talent or innovation.
