None. It is difficult to get things done because the company is rigidly process-driven. Takes weeks to turn around quotes, and even longer to book actual orders. I spend most of my time making excuses to customers about our inability to get anything done in a reasonable amount of time.

Low base salaries, high/unachieveable quotas, and minimum achievement thresholds before ANY commission is paid. If you accept a sales position, negotiate the highest base salary you are able to get, because they are very stingy on commission payment.
