Good benefits, good co workers and good compensation. NTT honored previous time for Dell employees and did not restart their time

Poor management, they were very unprofessional and covered for each other when issues were brought to upper management by multiple employees

Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
