-You will notice some of the fake review with 4 star is come from Kaki Bukit which is from HQ at Singapore and 1 more is from Damansara. Dimension Data Malaysia only got 3 Main Office, DD Petaling Jaya, DD Kelana Jaya & DD Penang. -My advise to fresh grads and intern, don't join the company. For intern they will abuse you with overwork (meager allowance) and for fresh grads they will assigned you as technician instead of engineer (you will see in their job ads is L1 engineer but when you sign the contract, it is a contractual technician) - L1 engineer in this company will always be pushed to attend the cases no matter if you already occupied with more than 5 cases per day. They will never let L2 and above engineer to be onsite, they just like to sit in office to coordinate and troubleshoot remotely for fun. I think some of the senior engineer will steal the ticket from L1 engineer for their KPI secretly. -Unfair promotion do happened in this company and not based on merit or experiences
