I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
