Svantaggi
NTT is not strong in the Salesforce world. It’s a real disconnect with NTT Senior Leadership. Even their partnership with Salesforce is absent. From lack of sales management and sales expectations (quota and goals) to an unexplainable bench policy. Even the management team of the salesforce practice has no power to make a decision what would better their salesforce presence. Unfortunately, they have a burn and turn reputation building. They are at the low end of the pay scale, and they don’t do raises. They do not encourage or support any training time. It's very much a one-way relationship, the employee gives, and the employer takes. Their EVP is completely disconnected from the business and those employees. I have watched employees work 70+ hours on a project for months, and then the moment they have completed that project, there is not worked to offer them, they are a bench. They expect the employee to find their own next project. If not, in two weeks, you are unemployed. Everything is offshored. Which there is a place and need for that, but even HR? Moreover, you never really get to talk to them. They only email. Benefits are functional. Pay is low. The direct managers of the practice have no decision power to run that business. Needed to travel to the corporate office for an internal client meeting, was told that I could but on my own dime. If it can't be charged to the client, the company will not pay for it. Oh, but wait, NTT invested $$$ into the race car. How nice of them. It's good to see they have their priorities in order.
