HR is biased towards Management and not employee friendly. Immigration team is very sloppy. Support functions like HR, Immigration etc need to have accountability. No planned career growth, resources get stuck in a project for years. Runs like a staffing agency, especially in US region. No innovation. Not much of employee engagement.
