Management is mostly useless, has no actual management training, doesn't communicate with its staff, makes huge promises but never delivers, and its all about them and nothing about you. NTT DATA Americas should just be called Keane again because its the same management, with the same level of cheapness, and the same treatment of its employees like cattle. NTT DATA recently switched to a high deductible health plan so that management could keep more money, and the employees were forced to pay a lot more per month for medical, plus if they got sick before they had saved enough of their huge deductible, they would just have to pay it all out of pocket. What a great way to thank their employees. NTT DATA keeps their hard working and loyal employees on the bench for only 2 weeks before removing their salary, and 2 weeks later firing them. Unlike its competition that allows employees to stay on the bench for at least 3 months with full salary and benefits. This is just one example of how little they care about their employees, and how much they care about keeping me money for themselves. NTT DATA puts people with no management skills and no people skills in management roles, and when their teams don't produce or become unhappy , they fire the employees and not the manager. They also do not then take the manager to teach them the correct way to deal with humans, they just leave the problem and let it continue. NTT DATA publicly states that they are investing in a certain technology segment, but internal doesn't actually do that investment. So that technology segment becomes the company's weak point. Reviews at NTT DATA are mostly a joke. No matter how hard you work and how above and beyond you go, your manager will always cut your rating down to "meets expectations" so that they don't have to pay you a good bonus or put you up for a salary increase. Employees who complain to HR about these kinds of things get nowhere as HR sides with management and does;t really look into your complaints, and downplays your complaint as "not really a big deal". You would be advised to stay away from NTT DATA.

- Compensation and raises can be slow, infrequency, and below market - Personal Development review process can be unclear and slow - Processes and decision making around them can feel very outdated, there seems to be a lack of structure and clarity around many HR and business operations areas - Very little employee recognition - Critical benefits information isn’t distributed well and there is zero follow up actions to ensure we have all important access/accounts set up
