      Upper-managemetn really cares about you, and they try their hardest to help you with any issues that you have.

      If you are on the client site, there is no upward mobility. I didn't get a salary increase in the three years I was there. HR is also terrible.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
