      - Not much technical improvements in skills. Do same work over and over. - Most of the projects are Mainframe/AS400 - Limited options to grow in organization unless if you spend long years in company - Salary is not great

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
