You can expect Work Life Balance, but this depends on the headcount and resource hiring process of that team. Some TLs or Managers like to stretch their resources to save operating costs. So always ask them during interview to disclose the number of people in the team and the ratios or tickets/calls per day.

Don't expect additional monetary benefits. You will get fresh fruits every two days, though. Also, kindly request them to be more open about severance packages once they close down projects or lay off people.
