Then you find yourself facing the "no bench" policy and you're out on the street. 4) as a project manager with 25 years experience, everyone wants to tell you how to do your job- Micromanagement. Sales Exec, Delivery Director, the COE. 5) sales over promises without realistically knowing what is really deliverable. 6) sales VP will knife you in the back as a delivery executive. No backbone and instead puts all blame on the delivery team Avoid this company. There are no careers to be had. Now...NTT Business Solutions division may be different...
