One project and your "done"

1) a "no bench" policy. 2) weak pipeline....no planning for rolloff to next project 3) no allowances for travel. Lots of jobs published and posted, but if you have to travel, no T and E allowance. You won't get onboarded to that project. Then you find yourself facing the "no bench" policy and you're out on the street. 4) as a project manager with 25 years experience, everyone wants to tell you how to do your job- Micromanagement. Sales Exec, Delivery Director, the COE. 5) sales over promises without realistically knowing what is really deliverable. 6) sales VP will knife you in the back as a delivery executive. No backbone and instead puts all blame on the delivery team Avoid this company. There are no careers to be had. Now...NTT Business Solutions division may be different...

- Compensation and raises can be slow, infrequency, and below market - Personal Development review process can be unclear and slow - Processes and decision making around them can feel very outdated, there seems to be a lack of structure and clarity around many HR and business operations areas - Very little employee recognition - Critical benefits information isn’t distributed well and there is zero follow up actions to ensure we have all important access/accounts set up
