When contacted by NTT with an employment opportunity, our conversations centered on what was missing from my current situation and what wasn't working for me. After thoughtful consideration, I joined the team. Having made the move from a competitor due to a lack of leadership and poor management, I appreciate the open communication and support from our leadership team. NTT is a sales driven operation with a strong commitment to their customers, product integrity, doing right things right and constant improvement. They have talented employees and frequent team building events.

PTO plan is not competitive. Sales Marketing area needs improvement.
