The office staff cares about employees, the staff is very caring about eachother, lots of after-work activities, good and honest work, managers are attentive to needs, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.

Sometimes I'd rather be at work than at home.

Great co-workers and good atmosphere.

Not enough emphasis on training and professional development. Can't expect lunch and learns offered by reps to develop an engineer to where they need to be.
