      Tasks keep stacking up. Pay is very mediocre. Training budget is definetly not as "nice" as they claim. Competition offers equal budget or more.

      Maybe the only thing that can be mentioned here is that due to the standard way of salary increases, there is no way that some high achievers can be paid more than others, within the same level. However this is overcomed with bonuses.
