The job is quite depressing and full of anxiety; patients do not respect you due to their Substance Abuse population. Management is the worst of its kind and has too much drama and full of snitches, which contributes to a toxic work environment that exacerbates employee dissatisfaction and leads to high turnover rates for all the clinics.
No job security; they'll fire people if you ask for a salary increase. Also they fire people back and forth every 1-2 weeks. No one is safe from getting fired even the providers. 2 providers got fired in the span of 2 months
No 401k, lowest PTO, and expensive health insurance from Kaiser, Outrageously low pay.
Depressing and Concerned about my life due to the level of care taking care for substance abuse population.
Management would say you're a (Family) that would explain everything.
Works 1 satuday every 2 months. Which consider no weekend off.
