Good place to work - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative (CSR) presso NWPS

Don't expect to grow within the company without a degree. They hire all these freshly out of college kids and then wonder why there's so much turnover when they leave after 6 months to a year. I unfortunately started right after they hired the person in charge of promotions. She refused to promote unless you had a degree even though I knew the business for years. There was 3 people in the position that I was in that got promoted a few months before I started and they're still there thriving.
