5yWe take take pride in our transparency. I literally tell people in our interview process that whether they love what we do or have zero interest in what we do, we strive to make a good positive impression and want to make sure that they walk away feeling like they have all the information they need to make the best educated decision for themselves.
Lets review this review.
We tell people from the very first call that we offer a base plus opportunities for uncapped commissions (I'm sure you deserved more). Oh, plus health care after 90 days. No we do not have specific #'s regarding what we offer at the initial contact because we want to get to know someone and there credentials before we make a specific offer. You know, like most other companies.
For the record, we cover that in the 2nd interview. Its in writing during the 2nd interview as well as in the new hire paperwork everyone signs.
The fact that you took a position with a company that is "Very shady with information, especially involving pay," a little strange. Which is why I believe this is one of our competitors writing this review.
"It's basically a pyramid scheme" - Okay you caught us! I was able to sit down with the CEO of Comcast (Last I checked #28 in Fortune 500) and we derived the pyramid scheme together to fool people like you!
Seriously?
Yes, we represent huge companies and sell their products. Great experience and someone will learn a lot on a professional and personal level.
What we do is not for everyone. We understand that. What do you get from writing a review like this? All you do is hurt a small business and a bunch of people trying to better themselves. No one wronged you here, which again is why I think this is coming from a competitor.
It is a shame what Glassdoor allows people to write on there site. I get it, it encourages small businesses like us to have to pay for the enhanced profile. Smart!
