i was once a production operator of this company ,unfortunantely,i got removed from work,because of company's offer, but yet i was so disgust when the time i got resigned in it,because,i cant find the company's compensations in other company here in the philippines,they really do care of thier worker's health,and aleviate thier standard way of living, there's a lot more to experience the company's care and previlleges,and we enjoy working in it...hope i can come back to my company,after 5 years of searching for the other company,there's no place like NXP company...my family...
