Management is very active in screwing up the projects and people's motivation. Incompetent managers/technical people are promoted because they are "yes boys" of management. No focus on growth of company but on settling the personal scores. No Hikes, bonus if you are not in good books of manager. Worst management, horrible politics & horrible people management. Management in Europe aware of issues but chosen to turn the blind eye towards it. Might be an OK place if you are starting your career. Avoid at all costs if you are 4+ experience
