My experience at NXP Pune has been a nightmare due to incompetent, unprofessional, and abusive managers. Hard work is punished, and favoritism is rampant. Talented employees are targeted and undermined, while office politics and flattery determine survival. Managers are manipulative, and HR is complicit, using feedback against employees during appraisals and layoffs. Layoffs occur twice a year, based purely on office politics, not merit. This creates constant fear and insecurity, demoralizing the workforce and stifling growth. NXP Pune is a toxic environment that crushes talent and rewards sycophancy. If you value your career, stay far away.
