If you are into bad managers then its spoiling of career because some managers not supportive to employees, main motive to harassment and whoever they feel competitive then they harass to an extend that employee will resign from company and dont every think you get help from HR team nor Management Team against Women Harassment under POST Act,2013, even if you prove with proofs, Management still supports Manager. So no safety at work place and never every join NXP, also because no proper bonus, no hike, no stocks, mainly no work life balance, need to sleep only 4hours and create a lot of health issues. Moreover Lot of internal politics which is in worst scenario compare to other companies. It spoils your career.
